Go From Camera-Shy to Camera-Confident in One Week

A 7-day challenge that takes you from dreading the camera to actually enjoying it — one small change a day. No studio, no fancy gear, no "being photogenic" required.

Look Great on Camera Using the Phone You Already Have

Most women don't avoid the camera because they've got nothing to say. They avoid it because they don't like how they look and sound on video. So the phone stays in the drawer, and the business that needs their face doesn't get it.

Here's what nobody tells you: looking great on camera has almost nothing to do with your face or your budget. It comes down to a few small, learnable things — where you sit, how you're lit, what you do with your eyes. Fix those and the difference is night and day. That's the whole challenge.

Here's how the week goes:

  • Day 1 — Find your light. The single biggest thing that makes video look good, using one window or one lamp you already own.
  • Day 2 — Set your scene. Build a clean, on-brand background out of the room you're already sitting in.
  • Day 3 — Your best angle. Camera height, distance, and framing that flatter, with the guesswork removed.
  • Day 4 — Talk to the lens. Simple ways to calm the nerves and sound like yourself instead of stiff.
  • Day 5 — Dress for the camera. The colors and choices that read well on video, and the ones that fight you.
  • Day 6 — Sound and energy. Clear audio and the small delivery shifts that keep people watching to the end.
  • Day 7 — Put it all together. Film one real piece of content, start to finish, and hit publish.

By day 7 you'll feel better on camera and have a repeatable setup you can use for every video from here on. The awkwardness that's been holding your content back finally goes quiet.

You'll do it alongside other Glow Getters going through the exact same week, so on the days it feels awkward, you're not doing it by yourself.

No thanks, I'm not interested in taking the seven day challenge.
